The original concept for this track dates back some years. I think I recorded the "classical core" of the track at the age of 19 or something.
Listening to it after years it was something like a signature of a innocent even though weepy youth. I had the strong feeling that I have to add the harshness of adult life somehow destroying and mangling the nostalgic image I had link I added the percussive parts and the vocal parts to give it a threatening respectively a desperately longing atmosphere. Using several fx I destroyed the originally clear and pure sounding track giving it a new meaning.
